This is a film heater material that allows heater circuits to be formed on various types of film substrates!
We offer a range of thick film pastes that can form heaters and circuits on various film substrates. In particular, the polyimide-based HT ink developed for high-temperature applications can achieve uniform heating up to 240°C. We have a lineup of carbon resistors, inductors, and silver conductors. Additionally, the PTC series features a polymer-based paste with a cutoff temperature between 80 and 110°C, equipped with PTC (self-temperature control) functionality. By combining it with compatible silver conductors, you can design self-regulating heaters on polymer substrates.
